Social and environmental responsibility involves everyone. Every employee is in a unique position to encourage and enlighten clients and suppliers to source environmentally sound promotional products, FSCĀ® (FSC-C004309) paper and digital solutions.
We will maintain a safe and healthy workplace for our employees and visitors and promote diversity and inclusion.
We aim to develop and implement social and environmental policies which fit in with our everyday activities and responsibilities.
We will respect human rights and will not engage in or condone forced labour or child labour.
Ethics and Accountability
In dealing with external parties both individuals and organisations we strive to ensure that all interactions are undertaken in an honest manner with no intention to mislead or misinform, we maintain the highest degree of professionalism and ethical behaviour in terms of interactions and dealings with others.

We aim to keep astride of technical developments, changing needs, costs, client concerns and expectations in the development and implementation of all new social and environmental policies and procedures.
Demonstrable compliance
To ensure that a high ethical standard is upheld and breaches of law are avoided we maintain accurate business records. As a minimum, we will meet or exceed all relevant legislation. We maintain ISO 14001 and 9001 certification along with our FSCĀ® (FSC-C004309) Certified Group Membership certification which are independently audited.
Environment
We will communicate our environmental policies, objectives and performance openly and honestly to our employees, customers and suppliers.
We will encourage them to communicate with us and will seek their views.
We will take all reasonable steps to manage our operations so as to minimise our environmental impact and to promote good environmental practice, and review regularly our business practices and performance to identify how we can improve our impact on the environment.
Relationships
We will conduct our business relationships with integrity and courtesy. Our aim is to build long-term relationships with our clients and suppliers and provide support for small, local and specialist suppliers.
We are committed to trading fairly with all our suppliers, and will communicate our responsible sourcing expectations to them in the areas of health, safety and worker welfare, and good environmental practice.
Communities
We will build strong relationships with our clients, suppliers and the local communities by encouraging our employees to consider the needs of others and involve themselves in public service.
We will obtain a wide range of views on our social and environmental policies and performance.
Employees
We respect our employees and encourage their development and training.
We will promote equality as differences in responsibilities and consider the interests of our employees including their welfare, health and safety.
We aim to empower our employees and we will recognise individual contributions and reward them fairly.
Economic Viability
We will conduct our business in a financially responsible manner and strive for long-term economic viability.
We will seek to maximize the use of sustainable resources and minimize the use of non-renewable resources.
We will encourage suppliers and contractors to adopt sustainable practices.
